Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

We offer free and reliable shipping on all U.S. orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (Track & Trace). You can use this number to follow your delivery online at any time.
How long does processing and delivery take?
Processing & packaging: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
Delivery time after shipping: 1–8 business days (depending on location)
Total time: 2–10 business days from order date
Returns & Exchanges
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it — as long as it has not yet been processed. Please email support@bellarique.com with the subject line: Cancellation + Order Number.
Can I change my order?
Yes, if for example you selected the wrong item. Please email support@bellarique.com as soon as possible with the subject line: Change + Order Number and include the requested adjustment.
What is your return policy?
- Returns accepted within 30 days
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Exchanges are free (return shipping + new shipping covered by Bellarique)
How do I start a return?

2. Wait for the return address from our customer service team
3. Pack the product in its original condition with tags & receipt
4. Ship the package with tracking (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
5. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed
